File Format Requirements:
- Supported formats: .csv or .xlsx
- Required columns: Product (or SKU), Quantity, Selling Price, Date
- Date format: YYYY-MM-DD, DD/MM/YYYY, MM/DD/YYYY, or MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM (e.g., "11/25/2025 18:28")
- Quantity format: Can include units (e.g., "1.0 Bg(s)", "7.0 Pc(s)", "22.0 M(s)") or just numbers
- Products must exist in the system (matched by SKU)
